Description

Projects ranged from 175 to 540 sf and were compliant with FDA radiopharmaceutical standards, OSHA, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Hodess delivered design-build, turnkey solutions with strict schedules to meet client agreements with the FDA. Hodess surveyed existing conditions for compliance with local authorities, obtained permits, inspections, and a Certificate of Occupancy. Each room featured fan filter units for clean airflow, achieving ISO 7 and 8 standards. New cleanroom lights, Magnehelic gauges, and pass-throughs were installed. The rooms were mechanically tested and balanced, with certification and testing completed before project handover.
