Our Work

Sanofi B200 Toronto, ON, Canada

Description

Hodess delivered the cleanroom infrastructure for a state-of-the-art vaccine manufacturing facility in Toronto, supporting Sanofi Pasteur’s B200 project and contributing to Canada’s broader push toward vaccine independence. The scope totaled 47,000 sf of ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanroom and controlled environment space.

The build included a range of specialized environments critical to vaccine production, including five egg cooling rooms, three pallet coolers, one egg warming room, three reach-in sample storage refrigerators, and nine incubators. Hodess provided a complete pharmaceutical-grade modular cleanroom system, encompassing ceilings, walls, doors, lighting, HEPA filtration, wall protection, and equipment integration.

The project was fully coordinated through Revit modeling, allowing for a precisely integrated design across all disciplines. To accelerate the schedule and improve installation quality, Hodess implemented a pre-staged panel system, reducing on-site disruption while maintaining tight tolerances throughout the build.
