Description
Hodess served as the design-assist partner for the development of a 25,000 sf pharmaceutical facility consisting of ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanrooms, along with dedicated CNC areas. The project expanded on prior experience with the client, having previously designed and constructed their original AAA facility in New Jersey.
As part of the design-assist process, Hodess provided value engineering recommendations for both the mechanical systems and the modular cleanroom approach to help optimize performance and efficiency.
The scope included furnishing and installing the cleanroom walls, flooring, and ceiling systems, as well as filters, lighting, pass-throughs, automatic sliding doors, high-speed roll-up doors, and automatic door operators. Hodess also designed the cleanroom ceiling support system and coordinated closely with the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades to ensure seamless integration throughout the space.
The completed facility delivers a well-coordinated, high-performance environment tailored to pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
