Hodess delivered a 1,400,000 SF ISO Class 7 clean/dry room scope at Stellantis in Kokomo, IN under a design-build model for lithium-ion battery manufacturing operations. The team designed the architectural shell of the clean/dry rooms, including insulated metal panel (IMP) walls and ceilings, supplemental structural supports, and all required openings to maintain environmental integrity. Hodess also led QA/QC and protocol cleaning efforts across the full 1.4 million SF of ISO 7 cleanroom/dry room space to support successful startup and operational readiness.
Hodess delivered a 1,300,000 SF lithium-ion battery manufacturing facility under a design-build model, constructing ISO Class 7 clean/dry room environments, including approximately 750,000+ SF designed to maintain 1% RH conditions. The team designed the architectural shell of the clean/dry rooms, including insulated metal panel (IMP) walls and ceilings, supplemental supports, and required openings to maintain environmental integrity. Hodess also led QA/QC, protocol cleaning, and certification across the full 1.3 million SF of ISO 7 cleanroom/dry room space to support operational readiness and compliance.
